Low Power System Design Cancelled
A huge number of devices will be connected with each other in the upcoming IoT era. These devices with their different structures and functions need power. Power is needed for these devices to connect to the Internet so that they can be monitored and controlled remotely.
While the edge devices are becoming cheaper, the cost of replacing the devices or the batteries on all these devices scattered around the globe is expensive. This calls for a smart solution to extend the lifetime of the devices with less battery charges. In solving this problem the two types of technology currently explored include cutting down power consumption and extending power sources.
Get On Top Of: EVENT SERIES
At THINGS we have taken on the task to rapidly get relevant individuals on top of hot and talked about technologies just around the corner. Our Get On Top Of™ event series aims to give you a rapid understanding of what the technology actually is, what it can be used for and how to get going. On stage, you'll find people from THINGS member companies who are knowledgeable, have actual experience and also understand that you don't inspire people with a sales pitch. We are inviting attendees from THINGS Enterprise Circle and Member companies who, by using their promo code, gets free access to the physical event at THINGS Event space (limited to 50 attendees). If you are not yet a member, but would like to attend, a limited number of tickets are available for purchase (700 SEK). On-site attendees with tickets will experience the presentations live and participate in the excellent business mingle before and after the presentations. Doors open at 17:30 and presentations starts around 18:00 and continues for about 90 minutes followed by the business mingle until latest 21:00. Please note that the event will be conducted in English and will be recorded. THINGS reserves the right to use the recording for promotional purposes i.e. uploading to our YouTube channel.
