The rules of conduct regarding social media for participants who participate at a THINGS event are outlined as follows:

1. SOCIAL MEDIA & PRINTED MEDIA
Social media is defined as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, homepages and similar internet channels. Social media & printed media are used by THINGS to spread information and knowledge about our activities and events in accordance to our privacy policy. There must always be an acceptable reason for publishing, taking videos and photographs. For example educational purposes, information to participants and/ or for PR and advertising. It is strictly forbidden to photograph private places like toilets or similar spaces.

By registering for this event, you provide:
-Consent to the taking of photographs and videos as part of THINGS activities during the event.
-Consent to the publishing of photographs and videos which the general public have access to, including but not limited to all social media channels.

The personal information you provide by registering for this event is processed by THINGS with the purpose of managing our recorded events for administrative purposes related to the management the event specifically and our business in general. We will treat your information with respect. For more information about THINGS' privacy policy. *Confetti is our event management platform, by registering for this event you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Confetti for processing in accordance with Confetti's privacy policy.
